I still doubt security of remote access tools like GoToMyPc after reading the following article https://krebsonsecurity.com/2016/06/citing-attack-gotomypc-resets-all-passwords/ As a result, I recommend use of on premise remote support solutions like R-HUB remote support servers. As it works from behind your corporate firewall, security is better.
